What an enjoyable event we had yesterday from start to finish! This was in no small measure due to you and your team who worked quietly and with no fuss to provide excellent food and service . We had so many compliments about the partridge in particular and the salmon was excellent too.
Bryan and Tabitha complimented your skills beautifully .

Thank you so much for an excellent evening leaving Nimal with wonderful memories of his 30th birthday .
