Dear Nicci, Sophie and the team,

BETHANY AND HAMISH – STEDE COURT ESTATE – SEPT 6TH

Can I please express my sincere thanks for the amazing job Sophie and her team did for my daughters wedding. As Father of the bride I could not be happier! Bethany picked you as a company as a result of hearing only good reports, and what a great decision. Having owned a large restaurant and wedding venue ourselves my wife and I have been event facilitators for many years and so we really do know excellence when we see it.

From day one Sophie was on top of the event, great support and advice at every stage. Catering for 150 is always a challenge but it went SO well! Partly because you had excellent staff, really well trained and plenty of them, so there were never any delays. Partly because your tented kitchen was spacious and your equipment was top quality. Partly because the chefs presented absolutely excellent food throughout. Partly because the leadership and management of the team was superb from the very start to the very finish when Sophie reminded me where the off switch was for the silent generator.

The team were on hand from first thing to the very end in the early morning. I literally and absolutely could not have asked for more. Your team made what was always going to be a wonderful day into something faultless. Thanks you all so much!!
