Nicci dear,

A belated note to thank you and your team for making Robin’s celebrations truly special.

Because we had used Cuisine Studios since Robin’s 60th for all our ‘dos’ including Alex’s wedding, we had grown to know Joanna and Tony well, and loved what they did.

So it was happenchance that I found that they had retired, and we had to start from scratch. Alex suggested (strongly!) you!

Well, we couldn’t have been luckier! Your style is unique your dishes unusual and delicious, and your presentation sublime. The fact that everything is local, and mostly grown and nurtured by you is amazing. We, and all our guests across the three occasions, were blown away.

Sophie and Bryan were a joy, they made life so easy for us, as we can’t quite manage things in the way we used to – without blinking an eye – but they were a step ahead of me, all the time, and I didn’t have to fret about a thing.

So thank you, bless you all, and hope to see you for the next big bash!
