The food & style of service got many compliments

Dear Nicci and Sophie,

I just wanted to say a big thank you for a really super evening on Saturday. You helped make our family celebration a really special event.

While (of course!) the imaginative food and style of service got many compliments, the wait staff got lots of praise as well. Our guests commented on not only their professionalism but also that they were particularly pleasant and cheerful people – despite the cold! I agree with that; I have worked with a number of catering companies over the years and your crew were unique not just because they made things run seamlessly, but because they themselves added to the positive vibe of the event.

Now, a practical matter. I have an almost-empty beer keg to return, and I can run that over to your home base next week, no problem. But, I wonder if I can return it to the brewery in High Brooms instead, as it’s less than two miles from my house. I imagine that administratively it’s better to return it to you, but it’s worth asking the question. (The beer, by the way, was a terrific choice!).
