You made it so special and stress-free for everyone involved. Words cannot describe how grateful we are!

Sophie – thank you from the bottom of our hearts for keeping us calm and sane. Your organisation and attention to detail is beyond compare. It was like having a friend we’ve known for years looking after us. You worked so hard and deserve a huge glass of wine!

Nicci – wow! The food was incredible! Compliments received from everyone who attended. How you managed to make so much food at such a high quality and standard is beyond me. You took the English and Swedish elements and produced food that was so symbolic of the “Katie and Carl” union. So creative, special, personal, and better than we could have imagined! You also deserve a huge glass of wine!

Please extend our gratitude to the whole team. And extra special thanks to Bryan who kept us topped up with booze the whole day!

Every member of the team was so polite, efficient, and professional – Could not have asked for a better team to look after us!

Good morning Nicci,

I know Katie has thanked you already, but I just wanted to say another huge Thank You for you and your team for making the wedding so utterly fantastic. We have had many comments from the guests saying it was the best wedding they had ever been to.

The food was amazing, the quality, the variety, how it was cooked, presented, and served all made it so special. I loved the way the staff came around with trays of drinks and food – it gave a very high-end feel to the day and there was no shortage of anything. You all worked so hard! Everything flowed and nothing was too much trouble. Sophie is an incredible organiser; you really have a top team with you.

I was at an evening wedding reception on Friday, and I can honestly say there was no comparison at all with your set up.

I’m so pleased that Katie & Carl chose you – you are so much more than ‘caterers’.
