The food was outstanding and our guests loved it

Simply wonderful.

Home Gurr’own were our caterers for our wedding at The Oak Barn in September. From start to finish they were just amazing. It can be quite daunting having a dry hire venue but Home Gurr’own were the perfect choice to help create a wedding completely personal to you.

They completely understood how we wanted our day to be and made it even better. We had so many catch up calls with Nicci and Sophie to plan and finalise which were so useful and you really felt that they had everything in hand (which they absolutely did) – I don’t know how many suppliers would take the time to speak to you like these guys do.

We loved that you work with them to create a menu and it made our wedding feel so unique. The food was outstanding and our guests loved it, everyone I speak to is still raving about the steak on a stick!

The family style dinner was exactly what we wanted and the cheese board and fish and chips were the perfect food to end the night.

But it was so much than the food and drink, Sophie made sure the day ran seamlessly.

Couldn’t recommend them more!
