Dear Nicci

Thank you so much for all yours and your teams hard work on Saturday.

Tim and I had a very enjoyable evening which ran incredibly smoothly thanks to Sophie and her team.

The canapés were delicious, the scallop one was particularly commented on! I personally drank far to much of your gin fizz and was suffering the next morning!

Tim and I are now enjoying the left over cheese board and pork pie (can I freeze some of this?)
